Privacy Policy

LNKZ (“LNKZ”, “we”, “us”) operates the LNKZ waitlist website and, on launch, the LNKZ mobile application connecting creators and brands for influencer marketing collaborations. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Whether you signed up as a creator or a brand/business.
• A referral code and, if you arrived through someone’s invite link, the referrer’s code.
• Your explicit marketing consent, recorded at the time you submit the form.

We do not collect payment information, government ID, or social account data through this website. Those are collected separately, with their own consent flows, inside the LNKZ app once you are onboarded.

We process waitlist data to:

• Manage your position on the waitlist and calculate referral credit.
• Send you updates about early access, launch timing, and founding-member perks.
• Understand demand from creators versus brands so we can plan the launch.

We only send you marketing communications because you explicitly opted in via the checkbox on the signup form. We do not process your data for any purpose beyond what is described here without asking you again.

In line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, withdraw your consent at any time, and object to further processing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can request full deletion of your waitlist entry at any time by emailing privacy@lnkz.app. We will act on deletion requests within 30 days.

Waitlist data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, using row-level security so it cannot be read or exported outside of the specific, limited functions this website uses. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It may use strictly necessary, short-lived technical storage required for the site to function correctly.

We may update this policy as LNKZ moves from waitlist to full launch. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above, and, where required, we will notify you directly.
