Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of the LNKZ waitlist website and the prelaunch waitlist program. They do not cover use of the LNKZ mobile application itself, which will carry its own terms of service on launch.

Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line for early access to LNKZ. It is not a purchase, does not create a contract for services, and does not guarantee access on any specific date. We may adjust launch timing, eligibility, or the referral program at our discretion.

Sharing your unique referral link may move you up the waitlist when someone new joins through it. We reserve the right to remove referral credit obtained through fraudulent, automated, or abusive signups, and to adjust the mechanics of the referral program at any time before launch.

Any perks referenced on this site, including reduced or waived platform fees and founding badges, are offered to waitlist members who go on to create an active LNKZ account after launch, subject to the terms in place at that time. Perks are not transferable and may be capped, time-limited, or changed before launch.

You agree not to use the waitlist form to submit false information, impersonate another person, or attempt to manipulate your waitlist position outside of the referral mechanism described above.

We may update these terms as the product moves toward launch. Continued use of the waitlist after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
